Hello everyone! I am Benjamin Taparauskas (Ben Tap for short). I am 24 years old and have two brothers. One of them being a twin! I grew up in Georgetown, Texas playing every other sport there was and have transitioned into hiking, and being outdoors – admiring the beauty of nature. I recently came home before finishing my college credits as a Construction Science and Engineering Major at Texas State University – San Marcos (spending 3-4 years there). That was not the path for me. Since then (2020) I have struggled to know what to do with my life. That is until I picked up and read the Bible for the first time. Months later, after not being able to put it down and being changed whole-heartedly by the Word of God, I searched and asked for ways to serve the Lord. He showered me with many blessings throughout my life and applying to be a missionary in another country is just one more added to the list! I now have a purpose and direction for my life that I didn’t have before! I am excited to share the rest of my journey with many of you here! Thank you Jesus from the bottom of my heart for showing me the way, the truth, and the life!
